Vagabond

Everytime I pass out, I always wake up in strange places. This time it was even stranger.

It was either night, or I was so deep into this jungle type area, that the Sun did not exist.
I tried to move, I was binded by what seemed to be vines. They were too low on my body to break them with my teeth. I began to struggle. I moved my head back, only to be pained by bark-like texture. I kept my mouth shut, for I didn't know what lived in this region.

Eventually, I stopped jerking my body around; I began to appreciate the landscape. The trees grew taller than any other tree I have ever seen. Since the Sun didn't exist here, mushrooms flourished. The ones that were visible, glowed blue. Not a dark blue, more of a ghostly blue.

Then I caught sight of these flying things. They looked like a pouch used to hold water. The end of the pouch, glowed. It was not of the same color of the mushrooms, but a golden light. More of that of an angel's halo. I named these flying pouches "Bagged Angels" for that they appear to have "bagged" an angel.

For more of a view, I pulled my bindings tight, so I could peer around the tree that I was tied to. As I saw a centralized fire, my bindings let me go. When I hit the ground, I saw feet scuttle around me. I tilted my head forward and sat up. These beings didn't glow. They were all colored blood red; I stood.

I looked around, seeing smaller ones [I assume they are children], and then I saw the beast that had previously haunted me. The one I encountered earlier, was wild - as these ones were domesticated and did not scream as the previous one did. Then as I looked over the tallest one of them all [still about half my height] made a strange noise. Then all of them, about half the size of me - pulled out knives. They all began chanting "NERDINETIM!, NERDINETIM! NERDINETIM! NERDINETIM!" I looked at my bag, which was left untouched. Upon opening it, a strange light was emitted from it. I grabbed at the source of light: the stone.

I pulled it out, and all of these small creatures, who had been chanting "NERDINETIM" and were all a few feet from me, began to run. I started to shout, and laugh. I noticed that the creatures had not used their homes as a redoubt. I dropped the stone back in the pouch, and sat down, leaning against the tree. Then I felt the rumble that would change my journey for good.

About twice my height, and a million times my weight, this beast stood next to me. He was very hairy, like the mythological creature Sasquatch. It was not until I produced the stone from my bag- in an attempt to ward off the gargantuan monster. A marking on his chest brightened. It was brighter than any of the brights in the forest. I covered my eyes with my right arm. Then the beast knelt down beside me. He began to speak to me in various tongues, all of which were gibberish. Then he began to speak my language.

"Do not be afraid vagabond! I have come to take you to Lady Tara, Princess of Denekin; she would like to meet you. Come with me, I will take you from this mosh!"

The large creature leaned forward, and motioned me to climb onto his back. There was a small saddle that covered a small hump on his back. He stood back on his two feet.
"By the way, my name is Kristof."

And so began my journey, to the palace of Lady Tara - of Denekin.
